REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES POLICY

This Policy is provided as a service to ROMEO MERINO customers. The following Refunds & Exchanges Policy posted on ROMEO MERINO Site is part of the agreement between Ananda Investments LLC (dba as "ROMEO MERINO") and you (“The Customer ”).
The use of this Site by The Customer constitutes his/her acceptance of this Policy, and to follow and be bound by the content. ROMEO MERINO reserves the right to update or modify this Policy at any time without prior notice, and the continued use of this Site by The Customer following such change shall signify his/her agreement to be bound by the modified Policy. That is why we recommend the Customer to review the Policy whenever he/she uses the Site. The Customer is responsible to check the Terms and Conditions regularly for changes.
Refunds & Exchanges are free when The Customer uses ROMEO MERINO prepaid refund shipping label.
To make the online shopping experience better and easier, ROMEO MERINO offers a flexible refund policy.
Products in sale clearance cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Once The Customer received his/her order, he/she has 15 days to exchange or refund the Product, by
- Creating his/her exchange or refund in his/her ROMEO MERINO´s account
- Emailing at email@example.com if it is an exchange or a refund
- If it is a refund, to specify if The Customer chooses a credit note in his/her ROMEO MERINO account or to its original payment method
- Booking his/her right size if it is an exchange
- Sending his/her purchase back to ROMEO MERINO
Products must be returned to ROMEO MERINO for refund or exchange in the following conditions:
- Products must be unused, in perfect conditions and clean with all ROMEO MERINO garment tags attached.
- In addition, underwear should be tried with a protective adhesive strip still on.
- Any packaging and garment tags should be included for the refund to be accepted. If the Customer receives any of his/her purchases without ROMEO MERINO tags, do not hesitate on emailing firstname.lastname@example.org to notify the issue.
- A ROMEO MERINO Product cannot be considered flawed if it is damaged or impaired as a result of normal wear, misuse or tear by accident. ROMEO MERINO Products are classified as flawed if they do not fully respond to its quality standards.
- All refunds should be requested to ROMEO MERINO before The Customer sends his/her Products back to us for easy identification and effective processing.
- If The Customer notices his/her Product is flawed as soon as he/she receives it, The Customer can request for a refund within 5 days from the date he/she receives it. If The Customer passes this term, please contact us emailing email@example.com to explain your case.
Any request for refund/exchange made by The Customer with the non-compliance of these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the Customer without the possibility of a refund.
ROMEO MERINO displays the products on the site in the most accurate way possible, including colors, but cannot be responsible for the display on each Customer's screen.
ROMEO MERINO Products in promotion and special offers cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Refunds/exchanges that do not meet this policy will be sent back to the Customer.
The Customer can request the exchange by sending the unwanted Products back to ROMEO MERINO within 15 days for an exchange on the same product in a different size, subject to the stock availability, without shipping cost.
ROMEO MERINO allows exchanges only for a different size, so if the Customer would like an exchange for another product, the procedure must be first a Refund, and then The Customer can purchase the new Product.

The Customer can request the refund of the Products by sending the unwanted Products back to ROMEO MERINO within 15 days for a refund of the value of the Product only. All refunds are in ROMEO MERINO’s sole discretion.
The Customer can choose to receive his/her refund as a ROMEO MERINO credit or to his/her original payment method.
We supervise the number of refunds made by The Customer(s) and flag the procedure of continued refunds, which at ROMEO MERINO’s discretion, lead to future orders being refused and/or the closure of any Customer ROMEO MERINO´s account.
The Customer only can accept refunds for ROMEO MERINO´s Products purchased in the Site. If by mistake The Customer sends other Products, ROMEO MERINO will let her/him know, to arrange their refund no later than 30 days after the notification. If the Customer does not instruct ROMEO MERINO, it can dispose of the Products.
