I ordered 10 shirts 3 black and 7 white, I only received the three black shirts. I reached out to a customer service rep via email named Andy from support he looked into the issue and told me he found the issue and will ship out my 7 white shirts that were missing from my order, he said it would ship by that weekend. It has been 3 weeks since we spoke last and I’m still missing my order. I reached back out with another email a week ago and still no response. I told him I understand mistakes happen, as long as the rest of my order ships out I was ok. But now it has been a month and still no shirts and no response via email. No shipping confirmation, nothing! I’ve been nothing but polite and understanding. I paid $100 for three black T-Shirts, with an additional two day shipping charge. I got duped and hopefully you don’t make the same mistake. I will also be reporting this company to the BBB for bad business practices.
